During sleep, the subconscious works without interruption in the process of recovery and search for answers.

In order to have a peaceful sleep it is necessary to calm the body and relax. One tip is to always think of questions where your answers lead you to your goals, and let the answer appear when you wake up.

The moment you wake up, do not have negative thoughts and worries. Wake up with all the positivity with which you lay down.
